
These decadent Almond Flour Chocolate Cookies are full of deep chocolate flavor! Crumble over ice cream, pair with fresh berries, or savor as they are!
Dry Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a tablespoon to scoop batter and roll into balls. Place on lined baking sheet in alternating rows. Slightly flatten cookie with a cup or spoon.
Bake in oven for 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
