Ingredients
3/4cup almond flour
1/2cup tapioca flour or arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (or flax egg)
1 tbsp olive oil
water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in the egg and oil and form the dough into a ball. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed to bring the dough together.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the pizza dough on the paper and cover it with another parchment paper.
Press the dough down into a round disc. Then use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin round pizza crust.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and mostly baked.
Remove the crust from the oven and top with your favorite sauces and toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Slice and serve the pizza and enjoy!
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
