  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F
  2. This high heat helps create a crisp, golden crust.
  3. Add almond flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to a large zipper-top bag and shake gently to mix.
  4. Line two 13×9-inch baking pans with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Spray cooking spray across the bottom of each pan.
  5. Add 2–3 pieces of chicken at a time to the bag. Seal and shake until the chicken is evenly coated with the almond flour.
  6. Place the coated chicken on the prepared pans, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  8. Flip each piece of chicken and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the outside is crisp and golden.
