
Pour over ice and sip this refreshing Apple Cider Vinegar & Ginger drink to promote good gut health!
2 cups water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Add all ingredients into a large jar.
Using a hand frother (or close jar and shake vigorously) and blend the ingredients together.
Pour into a separate container (if desired). Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Pour into a cup and sip when desired!
