
This dressing is full of herby deliciousness, a kiss of lemon, and a delightful kick from the apple cider vinegar!
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons finely diced shallots
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
Process for 15 seconds, or until fully emulsified.
Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
