- 2 teaspoons finely diced shallots
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
If you don’t have any shallots…you could substitute half diced onion and half garlic for the shallots.
I’ve found that a blender works best to emulsify the dressing, but in a pinch, you could use a frothing wand.
