Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2cups fresh kale or spinach
1–2cups of frozen or fresh fruit (I used grapes and wild blueberries)
1cup vanilla greek yogurt (or use dairy-free yogurt in place of regular yogurt)
1/2 medium avocado
1/2cup ice cubes
(optional) 1 tablespoon maple syrup
(optional) 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
Instructions
Combine the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
