Ingredients

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3/4 tsp freshly grated turmeric

1/21 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

8oz warm water

Optional: pinch of black pepper, squeeze of lemon, or dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a swing-lid bottle or mug.

Mix ingredients together, (by shaking or with a spoon), until evenly incorporated. 

Sip to soothe a sore throat or to fight inflammation. Enjoy!
