2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp freshly grated turmeric
1/2–1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
8oz warm water
Optional: pinch of black pepper, squeeze of lemon, or dash of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a swing-lid bottle or mug.
Mix ingredients together, (by shaking or with a spoon), until evenly incorporated.
