Topping: shredded coconut, sea salt, peanuts, or chopped almonds
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
Slice the bananas and place them on the cooking sheet, ensuring that the banana slices touch (see photo for example).
Spread the peanut butter over the layer of bananas.
Next, melt the chocolate and pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Spread evenely over the banana bark and sprinkle with coconut flakes or salt.
Freeze the banana bark for 1-2 hours or until set.
When ready to serve, break the bark into pieces and enjoy. Store leftover bark in the freezer in an airtight container or freezer safe bag.
