These beet juice shots are a great way to get beets into your diet and offer an array of nutrients in one little sports shot!

Ingredients
- 2 small beets, washed, peeled, and chopped
- 2 green apples, washed and chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1-inch ginger, peeled
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 2 oz glass shot bottles
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and chop the beets, apples and ginger root. Peel the oranges and lime and chop them up into small pieces.
- Turn on the juicer and add the produce into the juicer chute, one piece at a time.
- Once you’ve added all the produce, turn off the juicer and pour juice into mini glass shot bottles.
- Secure the bottles with lids and refrigerate. Store the shots for up to 5 days. Top each shot with a splash of lemon juice to help extend shelf life.
