These beet juice shots are a great way to get beets into your diet and offer an array of nutrients in one little sports shot!

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the beets, apples and ginger root. Peel the oranges and lime and chop them up into small pieces.
  2. Turn on the juicer and add the produce into the juicer chute, one piece at a time.
  3. Once you’ve added all the produce, turn off the juicer and pour juice into mini glass shot bottles.
  4. Secure the bottles with lids and refrigerate. Store the shots for up to 5 days. Top each shot with a splash of lemon juice to help extend shelf life.
