Best Almond Flour Buns (So Soft!)

These Best Almond Flour Buns are fluffy, soft, and fantastic! Make these gluten-free rolls for your next dinner party or holiday meal!

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups almond flour

1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

1 egg replacer powder

1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp butter, melted & divided

Optional – Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. 

Add the remaining ingredients (except butter & sesame seeds) and mix again. Sprinkle in more almond flour if the dough seems to sticky.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape into circles, then place on a baking sheet. 

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread 1 tbsp melted butter on top of each roll. Put back into the oven for 5 more minutes. 

Remove from oven, brush remaining butter on each roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Let cool, then slice and enjoy!
