Ingredients
1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower tea
1cup boiling water
Instructions
Add a teaspoon of dried butterfly pea flowers to a cup and pour over with boiling water.
Stir the flowers and allow the to steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer the flowers steep, the darker blue the tea will be.
Filter the flower out and discard them (I compost mine). Serve the tea warm with cream and sugar if you like. I prefer to use coconut cream and raw honey in this tea. Enjoy!
