- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Add a teaspoon of dried butterfly pea flowers to a cup and pour over with boiling water.
- Stir the flowers and allow the to steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer the flowers steep, the darker blue the tea will be.
- Filter the flower out and discard them (I compost mine). Serve the tea warm with cream and sugar if you like. I prefer to use coconut cream and raw honey in this tea. Enjoy!
