This chai tea latte is made from scratch with homemade chai tea and maple spiced milk. This recipe is tasty and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 2 black tea bags
- 2–3 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 cup milk (any type, plant-based or regular)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
- Bring two cups of water to a boil.
- Brew the tea bags with the spices for 5-8 minutes.
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan, bringing it to a simmer.
- Add the maple syrup to the milk and mix well.
- Use a frother to froth the milk before making the latte.
Make The Latte:
- Add 1/2 cup of the chia tea into a mug and top with half of the frothed cream.
- Dust cinnamon on top of the frothed milk and serve. Enjoy!
