These chocolate strawberry coconut bars are the perfect Valentine day treat! Made with chocolate coconut butter and freeze-dried strawberries, you’ll love this flavor combination!



  1. Melt the chocolate coconut butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove the melted coconut spread from the heat and set aside.
  3. Pour three-quarters of the melted chocolate to fill the molds.
  4. Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries on top of the chocolate.
  5. Then drizzle the last of the chocolate coconut butter on top of the strawberry layer.
  6. Place the bars in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until they’re solid bars.
  7. Serve immediatly. Store leftover bars in the refrigeratore.
