  1. Place butter in a small bowl in an oven set at 200 degrees.
  2. After 30 minutes you will notice the butter oil and milk solids separate.
  3. Use a spoon to skim the foam off from the top. Line a mesh strainer with cheese cloth and pour butter through to remove any other milk solids.
  4. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
