A Recipe for The Tropics: Coconut Lime Pomegranate Mojito

These coconut lime pomegranate mojitos will transport you to the tropics, and they come together in just minutes!  

Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves + more for garnish

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. fresh or bottled key lime juice

1 oz. agave syrup

4 ounces white rum

1 oz. pomegranate juice

2 oz. coconut cream

Club soda, if desired

Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker muddle together 16 mint leaves, both types of lime juice, and the agave, until the mint leaves are broken down.

Pour in the rum, pomegranate juice, and coconut cream, and fill the shaker full of ice.

Shake until the cocktail shaker has a light film of cold condensation on the outside.

Strain the mixture into 2 cocktail glasses.

Top with club soda if desired.

Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
