This coconut milk coffee is the perfect iced latte with a light coconut flavor and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. This recipe is dairy-free, vegan, and paleo with keto options.
Dip the rim of a tall glass in maple syrup and then into the toasted desiccated coconut.
Place ice cubes in a tall glass.
Add in the maple syrup brewed and chilled coffee and coconut milk.
Stir and serve.
