Coconut Milk Coffee Latte

This coconut milk coffee is the perfect iced latte with a light coconut flavor and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. This recipe is dairy-free, vegan, and paleo with keto options.



  1. Dip the rim of a tall glass in maple syrup and then into the toasted desiccated coconut. 
  2. Place ice cubes in a tall glass. 
  3. Add in the maple syrup brewed and chilled coffee and coconut milk. 
  4. Stir and serve.


Nutrition info based on using full-fat coconut milk and maple syrup. If you use lakanto maple-flavored syrup there will only be 7g net carbs and 2g of sugar.
