One of the questions I get asked a lot about is how to make a delicious dairy-free coffee. Coconut milk is a great coffee creamer alternative and can make a very creamy coconut milk latte.
Giving up dairy is tough (I gave it up for over a year), but you get used to using other types of plant-based milk. Macadamia milk has been a favorite of mine lately. I recently used it to make my keto horchata!
You can pre-make coconut creamer for your coffee or make this iced coconut milk coffee latte when you’re craving a Starbucks coffee! This recipe is delicious and is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day.

Coconut milk latte FAQ
Yes! You can use your favorite sweetener instead of maple syrup. I’ve made this with lakanto sugar-free maple syrup and it tasted delicious!
I used canned full-fat coconut milk. You can use light coconut milk or cartoned coconut milk if that’s your preference.
I used an aropress to make espresso and that’s what I used for this recipe. Your favorite brewed coffee will work great as well as coffee substitutes like mushroom coffee.
