Mexican horchata is traditionally made by blending cooked rice with milk, sugar, and spices. It’s a tasty treat! I’ve been making horchata at home for my kids lately and decided to make a keto-friendly version for myself to enjoy.
Enter this keto horchata that’s sweet and creamy, with all the horchata flavors, without the carbs!
I tested this recipe with different kinds of milk, and macadamia nut was my favorite. It has great flavor and doesn’t overpower the horchata. It’s also a great keto plant-based milk.
