This Thai Iced Coffee comes together quickly and tastes fantastic! This recipe uses homemade sweetened condensed coconut milk made with honey or erythritol, making this drink dairy-free, vegan, paleo, and keto-friendly!
Traditionally, Thai iced coffee is a strong coffee brewed with cardamon, corn, soy, and other grains. This beverage is bitter, so it is often topped with sweetened condensed milk or ice cream.
For this recipe, I opted to make strong espresso with an AeroPress and poured it over ice. Then I topped it with homemade sweetened condensed coconut milk and added a 1/4 teaspoon of cardamon. This Thia Iced Coffee is so delicious; you won’t want to have regular coffee again!
How To Make Thai Iced Coffee
You will need fresh coffee of your choice; cold brew and espresso work well. Then you’ll need sweetened condensed coconut milk (find my recipe here), ice, and cardamom (optional).
Mix 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom into the sweetened condensed coconut milk. Set it aside and prepare your coffee to your liking.
Pour the coffee over a cup of ice. Top it off with the sweetened condensed coconut milk and serve.

Is sweetened condensed coconut milk the same as coconut milk or coconut cream in a can(I use Native brand)?? Or can either of these 2 be used in this recipe?
Thank you!
No, they aren’t the same. You need to sweeten the coconut milk with sugar and boil it to condense it.
