This cucumber vinegar salad is made with simple ingredients and comes together quickly! This salad is the perfect side dish for any occasion and is a great way to use up garden cucumber.

  1. Slice the cucumbers and onions into thin slices and set aside. 
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. 
  3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the onions and sliced cucumbers and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours. 
  4. When ready to serve, remove the salad from the refrigerator and pour off the liquid from the salad. Serve and enjoy!
  5. Store leftover cucumber salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
