Dole Whip Recipe
Dole Whip is a pineapple flavored ice cream treat served at Walt Disney World and other theme parks. You can easily make it at home with simple ingredients! This recipe has vegan and dairy-free options!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup cold coconut milk, lite or full fat
- 3 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, homemade or store-bought (I used homemade coconut ice cream)
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until thoroughly mixed, smooth, and creamy, adding a little more juice to help it blend, if necessary. It’s typically very thick, so you will need to stop and scrape down the sides.
- Spoon the mixture into glasses or ice cream cups and serve.
