Restaurant Style Salsa with Apple Cider Vinegar

This insanely delicious salsa comes together in just a couple of minutes, and is ready to go with your favorite Mexican recipes!

Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can fire roasted diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 medium jalapeno, deveined and deseeded, roughly chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon hot smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender or mini-food processor and process to desired texture.
