Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blanche almond flour
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 3 tbs maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, coconut
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, peanut butter powder, and sea salt together in a small bowl.
- Add the maple syrup and melded coconut oil. Mix until incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.
- Store leftover cookie dough in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
