Edible Cookie Dough Recipe with Almond Flour
For this recipe you will need almond flour, peanut butter powder, vanilla extract, pure maple syrup, and oil. You can add additional ingredients like mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts or extract to add flavor.

Mix the almond flour, peanut butter powder and sea salt together in a medium size bowl.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract and melted coconut oil and mix well. Alternatively, you can use a food processor to mix the edible cookie dough together if you prefer.
If the dough is too dry to mix, you can water or a few teaspoons of almond milk. Mix with a rubber spatula to combine.
Next add any other additions like 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit. You can also add nut butters like peanut or almond butter.
