
Our Eggless Almond Flour Cake recipe is soft and flavorful! Impress your guests with this elegant gluten-free dessert!
2 cups almond flour
1 cup potato starch
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
1/3 cup canola oil (or other mild flavor oil)
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2–1 cup sliced almonds
Powdered sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep a cake tin with oil or parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Pour cake mix into the prepared pan and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
Let cool 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar, slice, serve & enjoy!
