Healthy and delicious, this homemade flaxseed butter comes together with ground flaxseeds, coconut oil, dates, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  1. Pour the flaxseeds into a high-speed blender. 
  2. Add in the coconut oil, dates/maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. 
  3. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds or until the seeds grind into butter. Add more coconut oil if needed. 
  4. Once the consistency is right, scoop the seed butter into an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.
