Learn how to make the best homemade foot soak with simple ingredients like epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda and essential oils.



  1. Mix the salts, milk powder, baking soda, and essential oils together.
  2. Fill the water basin with warm to hot water and then pour the foot soak into the basin.


  1. Prior to soaking your feet you may want to rinse your feet and use a foot scrub to remove dead skin cells.
  2. After soaking your feet, use a pumice stone to scrub any rough spots on the bottom of the feet.
  3. For a mess free cleanup, pour the epsom salt foot soak into a muslin bag and tie the bag. Then, add the bag to the foot basin and allow the salts and oils to dissolve into the water. The dried flowers will then stay in the bag, and make for an easy cleanup!
