Ham and Egg Cups Recipe

Ham and egg cups are one of my favorite recipes for a quick and simple breakfast! Perfect for busy weekday mornings, this recipe is made with simple ingredients and is great breakfast for the whole family!



  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 6 muffin tins with oil. Take one ham slice and press it gently into the muffin tin. Continue until all six muffin tins are filled.
  3. Next, add in one tablespoon of shredded cheese to each cup.
  4. Crack an egg into each muffin tin and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the ham and egg cups for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs a throughly cooked.
  6. Serve the egg cups warm out of the oven and enjoy!
  7. Store leftover egg cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
