Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Grease your mug with cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix the dry ingredients into a small mixing bowl or mug.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place the mug in the microwave and bake for 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Serve alone or top with whipped cream or your favorite toppings.
