This DIY herb butter can be customized with various herbs. This recipe is more of a guide to making your herb butter with herbs you have on hand.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of fresh herbs, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the soft butter in a medium bowl.
- Add the minced garlic and fresh herbs.
- Mix well to combine.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Roll the butter into a log and twist the ends to seal.
- Refrigerate for a few hours until hard.
- Once hardened, remove from the parchment paper and slice into round cubes.
