
Hibiscus tea checks all the boxes of deliciousness. It’s floral, earthy, and has a hint of tang. And then when you combine it with bright apple cider vinegar and serve it over ice, well, you’ve got a bit of gorgeous magic in a glass!
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Bring the water just to a light boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add hibiscus flowers to the pan.
Remove from heat, and let steep for 5 minutes.
Strain, and let cool completely.
Pour tea over ice, add apple cider vinegar and honey. Stir well.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
