  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add dry ingredients.
  3. Add the maple syrup and coconut oil into a small pot and heat over medium heat, stirring to incorporate.
  4. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and stir to coat thoroughly.
  5. Spread the granola over a baking sheet, spreading into a thin layer.
  6. Press the granola down with the back of a spatula and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking every 10 minutes to ensure the granola doesn’t burn.
