
Almond oil has amazing skin health benefits and it is really easy to make at home. All you need is two ingredients and a bit of time!
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup carrier oil, such as avocado or sunflower seed
Grind almonds into a powder.
Pour into jar and add carrier oil.
Let sit 48-72hrs, stirring every 12hrs.
Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a separate jar. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
