Making your own Gluten-Free Flour Blend is easier than you think! This homemade recipe is fast, nutrient dense, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

2 cups garbanzo fava flour

1/2 cup potato starch

1/2 cup tapioca flour

3/4 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix.

Transfer to an airtight container and label with “Gluten-Free Flour Blend” and date. Store in a dry, cool pantry and use within 2 months.
