
Don’t give up sweets when you go keto! These Low-Carb Cookies are soft, sweet, and the perfect low-carb treat!
Dry Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup nut butter
2 tbsp keto-approved sweetener
1–2 tbsp milk
Optional: 1/2 cup keto-approved chocolate chips
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Add dry ingredients and nut butter into a bowl and mix, then make a well.
Pour each wet ingredient into the bowl and mix until just combined.
Scoop dough by the tablespoon and roll into balls, then place on a pan. Press a few almond pieces into each.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes, until cookies are lightly brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaky salt (optional), then let cool.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
