
A creamy, delicious spread made with nuts from a pine tree? Yes! It’s real and easy to do with just three ingredients!
1 cup pine nuts
1–2 teaspoons oil, olive or avocado
A pinch of salt
Place a small pan on the stovetop and toast pine nuts until golden over medium-low heat.
When golden, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add to food processor with 1 teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Add the second teaspoon of oil, if needed.
Once smooth, scoop into an airtight jar and devour within 3 months.
