Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the egg whites and cream of tartar until it forms stiff peaks.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Fold the cheese and egg white mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Drop the mixture into eight even circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top the circles with the bacon pieces and two jalapeno slices each.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
