Pumpkin season is here, and I’m kicking it off with this keto pumpkin spice latte recipe! This tasty beverage has all the flavors of pumpkin spice but without the sugar!
In a small saucepan, warm up the cream and water until hot, but not boiling.
Once the cream is warmed, add the pumpkin, spices, monk fruit, and vanilla extract. If you have a coffee frother, you can add the ingredients to it and froth the cream and pumpkin together until it’s hot and frothy.
Set the mixture aside and brew a half cup of espresso or strong brew coffee.
Pour the pumpkin spice latte mix over the coffee. Top with keto whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
