Pumpkin season is here, and I’m kicking it off with this keto pumpkin spice latte recipe! This tasty beverage has all the flavors of pumpkin spice but without the sugar!
You know Fall is just around the corner when Starbucks adds its famous pumpkin spice latte to the menu. Even though we’re still technically in summer, Fall vibes are definitely in the air, and I’m so excited for the season ahead!
The Starbucks drink inspired this keto-friendly pumpkin spice latte. So, of course, I used natural ingredients and a keto-friendly sweetener to make this delicious drink.
How To Make Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte
For this recipe, you’ll need heavy cream or coconut cream, water, pumpkin puree, lakanto monk fruit sweetener, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and strong brewed coffee.
Use a small pan to warm up the cream and water. Once the cream is warmed, add the pumpkin, spices, and vanilla extract. If you have a coffee frother, you can add the ingredients to it and froth the cream and pumpkin together until it’s hot and frothy.
Set the mixture aside and brew a half cup of espresso or strong brew coffee.
Pour the pumpkin spice latte mix over the coffee. Top with keto whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
Pumpkin Spice Latte FAQ
Can I make this latte dairy-free? Yes! Use full-fat coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
I’m not on keto. Can I use a paleo friendly sweetener instead for this pumpkin spice latte? Coconut sugar, date sugar, or any paleo friendly sweetener will work in place of monk fruit.
How do I make keto whipped cream? Whip up a half cup of heavy cream with a hand mixer and add a splash of vanilla extract and sweeten to taste with your favorite sweetener.
