Ingredients
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream or coconut cream
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Optional add-ons:
- frozen avocado
- chia seeds
- hemp hearts
- protein powder
- almond butter
- mct oil
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
