This simple, easy-to-make lavender syrup is excellent for adding to drinks, mocktails, and baking.

  1. Pour the water, lavender, and sugar into a saucepan.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool and steep for 1 hour.
  4. Strain the lavender through a fine mesh strainer and pour it into a bottle.
  5. Store the lavender simple syrup in the refrigerator for up to three months.
  6. Mix the simple into drinks or add it to cookies or cake batter to add lavender flavor to your recipes.
