1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk or nut milk (unsweetened)
1 small grated onion
1 large egg
3 minced or finely chopped cloves of garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet or pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 2: Combine grated cheese, almond flour, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add milk, grated onion, egg, garlic, and fresh parsley, and allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes.
Step 3: Gently mix in the ground beef by hand until just combined.
Step 4: Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for about 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and slightly browned on top.
Step 6: Serve as they are or with your preferred sides and sauces!
