Ingredients
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 tablespoons dried peppermint leaves
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the powdered milk, corn starch, and dried peppermint leaves. Stir until well combined.
- Add the peppermint essential oil drops and mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the scent.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean, airtight glass jar.
- Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
To Use: Add ¼ to ½ cup of the mix to a warm bath, stir the water to dissolve, and soak for 20–30 minutes.
