Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
Fresh Rosemary Apple Cider Vinegar Refresher Ingredients:
Ice
1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup seltzer water
Rosemary Simple Syrup Instructions:
Bring the sugar, water, and rosemary to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Store in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Fresh Rosemary Apple Cider Vinegar Refresher Instructions:
Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Add rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and tonic water to the glass.
Stir well.
Serve immediately.
