Create the most delicious sandwiches and cookies with this homemade Soy Nut Butter, the best recipe that will make you never buy store bought nut butter again!

  1. Place the nuts in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high for 4-5 minutes, stopping the machine to cool down and to also scrape the sides down with a spatula a few times.
  3. Continue blending in 4-5 minute increments until you have a nut butter consistency. The amount of time will depend on your machine, but it may take up to 20 minutes.
  4. Once blended and smooth, store in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.

Notes

Use for nut butter and jelly sandwiches, in cookie recipes, parfaits, or swap in any of your favorite peanut butter recipes.

 

A blender such as a Vitamix will work best for making homemade nut butter recipes. However, any high-powered blender will do. Adjust your blending time as necessary for your machine.
