Soy Nuts vs. Edamame
Did you know that soy nuts and edamame are related? That’s right! Edamame and soy nuts are both beans from a soy plant. However, edamame are the green soybeans that are not yet mature. They are easy to east straight out of their pod.
On the other hand, soy nuts are matured, dried, and roasted edamame. That is why they are not green, like edamame. Both have a light soy flavor while soy nuts are nutty and roasted.
