
Enjoy this refreshing matcha drink that’s loaded with pineapple juice, matcha tea, and coconut milk!
Ginger Pineapple Simple Syrup Ingredients:
Yield: 1 1/2 cups simple syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup cold water
3 inches ginger, peeled, and thinly sliced
Pineapple Matcha Drink (Starbucks Copycat) Ingredients:
1/4 cup ginger pineapple simple syrup
2 tablespoons matcha
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup full-fat or light coconut milk
Simple Syrup Instructions:
Bring all of the simple syrup ingredients to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool completely, and remove ginger slices.
Pour into a glass jar, and refrigerate.
Matcha Pineapple Drink Instructions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a mason jar and shake very well.
Fill 2 large glasses with ice, and divide pineapple matcha drink between them.
Serve immediately.
