Grab some ice and your favorite cocktail shaker, and get ready to make the iced espresso of your dreams!
2 cups ice, divided
2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon Classic Syrup
1/2 cup 2% or whole mil
Place 1 ½ cups ice in a cocktail shaker with the espresso, and Classic Syrup.
Shake 10-20 times, or until the outside of the shaker has a thin layer of condensation.
Place remaining ice in a large mug.
